Prenatal Yoga
A yoga practice designed specifically for mothers-to-be. An hour of more than just movement - rather, a sanctuary where you can breathe deeply, soften into your changing body, and prepare for birth with intention.
Each class blends gentle poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation to ease discomforts, improve circulation, and strengthen the mind-body connection. You'll learn tools to support labor, nurture your growing baby, and carry calm into your daily rhythms.
Classes are held seasonally, in six virtual one-hour long sessions. From the comfort of your own home, find serenity, connection, and support that is safe for each trimester of pregnancy. Additionally, by booking your spot in one of our series, you will be given access lifelong access to our private Sundáy Mums Whatsapp community and be connected with other clients in the group for check-ins, questions, and encouragement.
